CUSTOM-MADE BAGS

Sadly, we no longer have the time to make extensive customizations to bags at our customers' request. However, there are still a couple of ways you can customize your Pansy Maiden bag.

If you see a style you like but want a different color combo, or if you want an adjustable strap rather than a shoulder strap (or vise versa)--no problem! We can easily make this happen for you. This is one of the great things about our made-to-order model. It allows us to offer this kind of customization to our customers.

If you would like to customize your bag in either of the ways mentioned above, just send us an email so we can begin the process.

Depending upon the request, custom orders could carry a 20% fee. For instance, if you would like us to use a fabric in a color we do not currently have in stock, we will need to source the material and pay to have it shipped to us. This is an example of a customization that would require a fee. If, however, you would like to use a color we currently have in stock, there would be no fee.

Custom Orders are not eligible for return or exchange. All custom orders are final sales.
