Our (Activist) Mission

Pansy Maiden was founded with an activist spirit and one heady goal: To create and provide the world with fashion-forward, cruelty-free bags in a socially responsible manner.

To us, "cruelty-free" stands for protecting animals, our environment, and all of human-kind. We believe that all three connect in a delicate balance that must be respected and appreciated in order to move society forward. Our efforts, as far as we are concerned, just boil down to being socially responsible. Plain and simple. 

Whether you are an environmentalist, a vegan, a made-in-the-USA evangelist, or simply trying to reduce your carbon footprint, we welcome you. We are all just trying to do our best to be our best. We like to think of our bags as a small step in the right direction.

Yes, we are a serious bunch. We are serious about our mission. We are serious about protecting our Earth and its inhabitants. We are serious about not being a part of the problem. But we have a lot of fun too! Each Pansy Maiden bag comes infused with some serious fun. Just ask Laura's upstairs neighbors. We are 100% sure they hear her dancing around while singing Hall & Oates at the top of her lungs. "You're a rich girl, and you've gone too far but you know it don't matter anyway...you can rely on the old man's money, you can rely on the old man money..." Laura has zero shame.
