PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every attempt to display and describe our bags accurately. Pictures of our bags are taken in natural light so as to present the true colors. However, since the actual colors you see will depend upon your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of your bag upon delivery.

MADE-TO-ORDER
Unless a bag listing states that a bag is "ready-to-ship," most Pansy Maiden bags are made-to-order. Once we receive your order, we will add your bag/s to our production schedule. Our production schedule usually requires a 7-10 day turnaround which means, your bag will arrive around 2 weeks after you have paid. If you should need your bag faster, contact us before you make your purchase, and we will let you know if a no-fee rush is possible.

RUSH ORDERS
Depending upon our production schedule, it may be possible for us to rush your order. Please contact us before making your purchase, and we will let you know if your order can be rushed.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Although rare, manufacturing defects can happen. If a problem develops with your bag during the first year of ownership, we will be happy to repair your bag for the cost of shipping only. This policy includes the mending of a broken strap, bag coming apart at the seams, or other issues that could be considered manufacturing defects. This policy is not extended to issues arising from the natural wear-and-tear a bag receives from general use.
