RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each one of our bags is made with the utmost care and the best materials around. We stand behind our designs, construction, and fabric choice 100%. That having been said, we understand the need for a return for whatever reason.

RETURNS
Let us know of your intent to return your bag within 3 days of receiving your bag. We will provide you with our return address at that time. We will process your refund--minus shipping charges and a 10% re-stocking fee--within seven days of receiving your return as long as the bag arrives to us safely and is deemed to be in re-saleable condition. We recommend using a reliable shipping company for your return such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If an item is received and is not in re-saleable condition, the cost of the bag will not be refunded, and your bag will be returned to you at your expense.

Custom orders, which includes any and all changes made to the design of the bag (including but not limited to a color change) are not eligible for return/exchange.

All sale items are final sales.

Item must not be soiled and cannot have been machine or hand washed.

We will not accept a return for a bag that was damaged by the shipping company--please consider choosing the "Ship with Insurance" option at check out. 

We strive to make you overjoyed with your Pansy Maiden purchases. Contact us ASAP if anything is wrong with your order. We can work just about anything out!

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to the same policies as returns (see RETURNS above). There is no restocking fee with exchanges but customers are responsible for the difference in price and shipping costs. Exchanges will take around 2 weeks to process due to the fact that our bags are made-to-order and it is unlikely we will have your exchange item in stock. The item you request for exchange will be placed into our production schedule, which requires a 7-10 day turn-around.

Custom orders are not eligible for return/exchange.
